Individual Psychotherapy
My fee is $120 for a 50-minute individual session. I’m committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care rooted in both clinical excellence and compassion.

Payment
I accept cash, check, and credit card. In addition, I accept FSA and HSA cards for counseling services, as long as they are distributed by a major credit card company.
Insurance Coverage
I am an out of network provider, meaning that I do not bill through insurance. If your insurance policy covers counseling, you will likely be reimbursed for some of your session costs. I can provide you with invoices, and you, the client, can send those invoices into your insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement. As the client, you are fully responsible for the session fee. Before your first session you could:
Call the customer service phone number listed on your insurance card
Inform them that you want to see an out-of-network Counselor, who is licensed in Georgia, and inquire about reimbursement for these counseling appointments.
Ask, “What is the best way to submit my claim with superbills?”
Make sure you understand your benefits and don't be afraid to ask questions!
What is the Process like?
Submit an inquiry, which you’ll find under the “contact us” button at the top right. Once I’ve received this notification, I’ll reach out to you—typically within 24 hours—to discuss what you’re looking for. I offer 15 minute consultations over the phone to answer any initial questions and to assess how your needs match with my areas of expertise. This consultation call is free of charge. If you decide that we would be a good therapeutic fit, I schedule an intake session and send the onboarding documentation.
Please know that I value the therapeutic relationship as the premise from which to do meaningful work. If it doesn’t feel like a good fit between us, that’s ok! I encourage you to find your person. In a similar vein, I am committed to staying within my areas of professional competence and will refer you to an alternate provider if I believe that your needs would be better addressed elsewhere
